We are just a mobile service at this time.



How long do I have to wait for on site service?

Lead time for on site service varies on current work load; please call us for availability and lead time estimate.



Why do you charge a trip charge?

Our company charges a fee based on our operating costs and travel time. This includes all auto costs, insurances, licenses, salaries etc. We strive to have the tools and inventory to complete your job in one trip.



Why are the home centers selling locks cheaper?

The large discount home centers generally get larger discounts on goods because of the volume they purchase. However, the selection is limited and there is a lack of professional and technical knowledge.



Do we need to replace all the locks on our new home to insure safety?

No, we can rekey all your locks to a new key using the same hardware.



Can all my locks be re-keyed so they work on the same key?

Yes, provided that the current keys fit into all the cylinders; call for details.



Do you cut large orders of keys?

Yes, we can cut large orders of keys for locations such as Homeowner Association common areas (with permission), office buildings and mini bar keys and any other high use keys.
